Well..Im not going to hate on the post i thought it was informative.
I like the idea of dropshipping myself, and have thought about building a dropshipping business on top of my affiliate money just for a more stable income.
My questions is, how do you deal with support issues? Like a product arriving damaged, arriving late, or not arriving at all? Obviously the dropshipper would have to be a reliable one, but I'm just wondering if you go through thier support first, and then reply to the customer? Or do dropshippers cater to those issues and set you up with a way for the customer to contact their support directly, while it looks like they are still going through you?
