Are Super Affiliates For Real?

I actually work pretty closely with one of the more popular "Super Affiliates" and this guy knows his shit. With what he pays me monthly just to answer a handful of e-mails here and there and do basic customer support, I know for a fact he's raking in more money in a month than I probably do in in 6 months.

A lot of the e-books out there are shit and provide the same rehashed generic information you can get for free from Google.

I have to say though...niches are so full of competition you NEED to learn how to slide your way in if you don't know what you're doing. Because I'm a lazy shithead, even though I have every one of his products for free (to help customers with), I've only implemented maybe 1% of what he sells. Has it made me anything? Nope. But I haven't put any time into it either.
 
We only come out at night time, hence you never see nor hear us!

But I'm no super affiliate I'm more like a robin to it's batman!
 
That article title is misleading. Summary of the article:

"It's a waste of time to read blogs of people that say they make tons of money unless you are getting useful advice. Here are some actually useful blogs"

Has nothing to do with how much people in the industry make which is what I thought it might be about. Nickycakes is the first blog it lists as helpful, which I could not agree more.

Damn, any chance you could introduce me to him?

Edit: Just read the post, thread title and content of the post linked don't quite match up, someone failed at reading comprehension. Or is anyone going to disagree that most of the info found on the more popular "super affiliate" blog is worthless and isn't going to help the reader make any money?
