Its getting ridiculous now. Does anyone have any advice to stop checking campaign stats. :(

You mean you become whore of stats and refresh every second to see if make more money?

Have pratice discipline of self if want stop. Practice yoga is good way for discipline of self.

Or can write script that automatic send you to site if spinning penis if check to much.

Treat it like its a reward.

List off 10 or 12 things to do each day and let yourself check your stats after you complete each one.

At least that way you're getting shit done.

This is actually pretty stellar advice. Basically, keep your addiction as long as you are disciplined enough to be worthy of your addiction.

Pretty much describes my whole business online. :D

or sleep all day long then when you wake up start checking your stats!

Is there a program that can alert you by phone whenever a campaign needs checking?

If so get it.
 
I beat my stats addiction by having one day dedicated to stats-checking and tweaks to my sites (Saturday at the moment). What allowed me to stick to it is the realization that when I'm checking stats daily, I'm not seeing trends effectively. Checking them once weekly and seeing data from a full 7 days each time lets you make more meaningful conclusions and lets you see what is a trend and what is a one-day aberration.
 
anyone written a script that mails you when u have a sale/lead? there is one for clickbank but dont know if it has been written for the cpa networks
