Hearing all of the warrior douchery from everyone throughout my tenure here, I'm really glad I was never a member. The time I spent at digitalpoint was bad enough but they're just harmless idiots, there's nothing malicious or arrogant about DPers + their BST is a gold mine.

Sticks I sold that stuff along time ago. The sites in there I hand built. Alot of the ebooks and content I hand created. I know it does not matter, and I accept your opinion. But seriously. I sold that site years ago, and it was successful ALONG time ago.

In regards to the 'issue' without knowing the details (or even a summary) there may be possible cases of harassment / libel (assuming US law is similar enough to UK law).
Though for the later you need to prove an actual loss and for the prior depending on how much of this stuff is still up on warrior (archive it screenshots and all), if you can prove by dishing out your info there has been an 'increase' in hate mail / people calling you and hanging, poo bag on your doorstep stuff like that it may be likely you can get her ass on that.
Though get all your stuff together consult with your own lawyer etc and do the steps suggested above to topple the serps. You HAVE TO mitigate your loss and dont retaliate...may be detrimental if you do have a case.
