Still fucked here, is there anyone we can contact about it? It's like their SSL cert has expired or something. The link is supposed to go to https://secure.facebook.com/ads/manage/unsettled.php but just redirects to Welcome to Facebook | Facebook
 
^^ Having the same problem guys, no way they are going to fix it before the weekend is over or even respond for that matter so just relax. It sucks of course but not a damn thing we can do about it. Hopefully it will be fixed fairly promptly on Tuesday, but this is FB so......

You have got to be joking... a company valued at billions of dollars and you're saying they won't pay a programmer to work on the weekend to ensure their only revenue stream is actually functioning properly?

What a joke, it's total fucking bullshit.

Yep that's what I'm saying and yes I agree it's like a big joke. I mean they also insist on taking CC even if you spend serious $$ they don't ask to set up a wire transfer but just happily pay 3-4% of there revenue away for CC processing. Nothing about FB makes any fucking sense from a business perspective.

We already passed the weekend without it being fixed. Now we just get to see how long it fucking takes. My bet is on late Tuesday afternoon at the earliest. I hope I'm wrong, but that would be my guess.

Edit : I'm sure they pay someone to work on weekends in the ads department just to prevent stuff like this. But with how pathetically it's run in all other ways it doesn't surprise me one bit this would happen still. I picture some guy playing WoW all weekend in the FB office knowing they would never fire him for incompetence because the incompetence starts at the top.

I got this message some time ago too, so I tried to pay with another cc but they didn't accept it. So i didn't pay my balance and it went to $0 by itself.
 
whats the new max daily spend that you can get to on facebook without talking to an account rep? i know it used to be 1000, now i know it's higher, but don't know how high.
 
I hate the apps section so very much. My conversions are always less on the refer "apps.facebook.com" than just "facebook.com" I really wish they would allow us to not target the apps section where a bunch of click happy retards seem to hang out.

Anybody else unable to generate reports?

Figures that the day I finally get around to updating my CPC in P202, Facebook is broken.
 
Damn had my best day ever yesterday and now this. Spending like 1/3 I should be and conversions also seem to be fairly low for one campaign. Dang.
 
It is odd. In one of my accounts I have been hit hard - about 50% down on historical numbers but in others it is trucking along.
