I was wondering why my profit went to crap the last couple of days. I noticed I am being charged more than what I am getting..

Its a bunch of junk.

I know what you're getting at but I think this issue affects everyone across the board. Don't think anybody would stoop so low either.

I think that I know what you are thinking. And I think that if really thought out you would know and not think that there are some dirty, dirty motherfuckers here.
 
theres a really good way to click fraud other affiliates w/o having it hit any tracking system right now w/ fb. not gonna say what it is but it seems like a few other peeps are picking up on it.

havent done it myself, but have kept an eye out for it lately as best i can (which is almost not at all given the fact it doesnt track). would require some resources to do but not too serious -- definitely could do a few hundred/thousand clicks per day on a persons ads pretty easily.
 
I'm currently targeting US and Canada, but in my 202 I see IP addys from Norway, Mexico, Jakarta etc. Not big numbers but still, why am I paying for these shit clicks?

Does anyone else have this problem in their logs?
 
Oh, and is it worth contacting your rep about ads that were originally cloaked? Are they just focused on looking into your problem or are they policing shit at the same time?
 
I stopped paying CPC with facebook ages ago. So you fucks using bot clicks and dirty tactics, Thanks for the increased CTR!

On CPM ads, it seems the higher the CTR, the more impressions they'll give you.

Wow..sat through and read 90% of the thread..sucks that it started off with so much excitement and ended up like this. Is CPC advertising < CPM on FB? Considering targeting a market on there and giving it a shot.
 
I spent an hour submitting ads earlier and now all 60 have been disapproved. Reason being 'sexually orientated dating', how the fuck in any way is this sexual: Singlesnet.com

I guess FB is still being run by retards, nothing changed there.

FB hates cleavage and anything provocative. Anything someone might be slightly offended at..they won't let you run. I've heard ''we don't want to turn into myspace and have boobs everywhere''
 
I had an opportunity to talk to a number of people in the FB ad department and they are well aware of this problem exploding over the last 3 weeks. It's being done by affiliates to try to screw other affiliates.

FB is going after the guys doing this full force ie criminal charges and all because the people doing this are hacking FBs system. One guy talked with me in quite delight about how he's been gathering the information. He told me all about this little turd that thinks he is safe in net cafes but they have managed to link him to hacking there site.

So for you guys doing this, you've been reading this thread and laughing so far I'm sure. I hope you enjoy your stay in pound me in the ass federal prision for cyber crime.

Edit: Oh and I got the impression that they do know how to fix it but are pretty much letting it go on so they can catch these guys for now. Although they never flat out said that of course.
 
I'm glad to hear FB is on it, but it's still costing us cash to "let things go". I assume we won't be compensated for helping them nab these fuckers.
