Hello all,

We're designing a new PPC tool consisting of the features that are provided by Prosper202 pro, PPC Bully and some proprietery features (including automated bid management). It will be completely controlled via a web interface, providing access to Google and Yahoo and MSN . Campaign replication across networks are included as base features, as is campaign tracking, ad tracking, tracking from the click to the sale, etc.
We're interested in some feedback as to what features marketers most want. We'll be providing a completely free trial to kick start the tool once it's released (and a beta launch also). Please provide your input on what features you'd like to see in such a tool, no matter how impossible you think it is, and if its something youd be interested in.

Thanks!

Dan

Self hosted!

Wrong forum btw

Hey thanks for the responses... which forum should i throw /(mod throw) this into?
As for the self hosted issue, we know its a big issue, but due to the fact that no software is safe anymore from the hackers, its not something we will be jumping into doing.
The current plan is to have a combination of the core system sitting on your server, with all redirects and hosting obviously done on your side and then in terms of the database we are planning to have some kind of private encryption key system setup that only you would have the key for and so any data from your account would be completely inaccessable without the key.
Well thats the best solution we have come up with so far to the self hosted conundrum.
Thanks for the feedback!

Thirded for self-hosted. Self-hosted is exactly what the market needs. 202 is already an excellent server-side solution. There is a wide open space for a self-hosted solution to come in and seize market share fast.

Can we sell it on dp now? Just like how it is now? With nothing but all these great reviews?

And have it teleport 100 dollar bills directly form the affiliate networks into a magic wallet.

I'm just saying, if they're going to compete against well known companies who offer a self hosted, free open source solution which works volumes on existing campaigns, what benefit is it for them to keep a close sourced non-self hosted and hope to compete when clearly everyone above is asking for a self-hosted. Especially coming from a company that does not exist yet from the sounds of it and one that no one knows if they can trust.
