Asian Countries w/ fast internet?

So I just got back from the Philippines, which was my first time in Asia, and I fell in love with the people and the place. I want to explore Asia more, but as a resident who travels to different countries. Since I can make interweb monies I'm thinking about moving over there. The Philippines would be nice cuz it's cheap, the people speak english, and there's tons of hot bitches who love tall white guys (I'm a 6'7" white guy). There internet is ok at best. They just need to get their shit together. The computer system at the airport went down as we were trying to leave. They have blackouts frequently and the internet could get frustrating just checking email, nevermind working on wordpress and managing campaigns.

Sorry for the rant, but I was wondering if there are any AM's here who live in South East Asia and are happy with the available internet and other technology/comfort. I've heard Vietnam is awesome and has fast internet. To see pics and videos from my trip go to Asia | traveling miller

The food sucks! They are crazy and shady catholics, but I'm not sure how these three traits are related. They're shady because they're broke and will do anything for money. I can't really say I blame them. They're crazy because they are women. Sorry, I didn't really get to know any guys there because I'm not into guys. And finally, they are catholics because the spanish ruled them with an iron fist and pushed their religion on them. However, they didn't really seem to mind or judge me for not being catholic.
Good sides of their culture: RESPECT is huge there. Kids in American don't give 2 shits about anyone. Shit's cheap. Dinner for two with about 4 drinks: $6. Baller-ass appartment: $600 a month. You can get a nice appartment for $200 a month. Did I mention HOT BITCHES??? That's #1 thing I look for in any city I go. I love asian girls, but unfortunately usually they don't have very big tits or ass. Filipinas have the asian look AND fat tities and ass. Oh yea, they speak english. I can't imagine trying to get around Japan or China when they don't even use letters.
 
I lived in Manila (Philippines) for 5 months and the homes and hotels all have horrible internet, the only place that had a good connection was at my office in Makati over on Ayala Ave - Most of the offices there have E-1's that are much more reliable then the cable connections everywhere else...
 
If I'm not mistaken, Korea has the highest population density of people with access to blazing-fast internet connections.

Not to mention, the internet culture in Korea is SOOO huge and monumental.
 
Do any of the asian countries like Thailand, Singapore, or Korea censor the internet at all?
 
Korea does not censor the internet. The only instance I know in which they censored something internet-related was when the poor korean fellow was beheaded by terrorists and the video was leaked on ogrish.com --> the govt ordered all korean ISP's to block that site.
 
Japan's internet is mad fast, but that is really not Asia.

And the economy sucks there and shit is still expensive.

I have seen megabytes per second more than a few times.
 
avoid mainland china like the plague, the net there is shit and has been ruined by their firewall. youtube.com = blocked currently and they block sites at will. many foreign sites that arent blocked load mysteriously slow due to their firewall.
