A lot of times the FTC will come in and seize the office, this happened in the past with edebitpay and i have seen it happen to a mortgage company that was in our building. Cops with guns drawn, leading people out of the office one by one. They do it so no information can be erased and they can catch the culprits easier.

My uncle's company got raided a while back by the FBI in conjunction with RCMP (In Quebec), the officers came in the office and they demanded to know where his computer was, he pointed to his head and smiled. Nothing like doing business the old way.

Funny thing was that every campaign in that account was paused and the account had been inactive for about 2 months.
