Had to bump this for the lolz & I want an answer, hahahaha.
Well previously we lived in an apartment downtown, that had some water/fire damage to the floors (some tennant who lived on the bottom-most floor used to live in that apartment, apparently nicknamed 'cave man', and walks around down town with a large grey cat on his shoulder... welll he had a campfire in the living room before we moved in), was paying 750/month for the 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment, with a very creepy building manager, and the guy constantly coming into our apartment when we're not there that we had to pad lock our bedrooms, and our tires got slashed a couple times out in the parking lot and eventually we just had to move out of there.
Course couldn't afford much so trailer park seemed ideal, originally bout 350/month, now upped to around 450/month on the lot rent. But its a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom. And with a third child on the way a 2 bedroom or less apartment wasn't going to cut it. 15 minutes from downtown but not too far out to be the boondocks.
Ah ok, that explains a LOT, here's to you gettin back on ya feet and gettin the FUCK outta the trailer park.
Don't get sucked into that trailer park lovey, dovey, family community shit.
(yes unfortunately I too was once part of a trailer trash community)
...not for long but.

I live in a condo association and it fucking sucks. I understand where you are coming from. I doubt they can really do shit since you where there before them and the agreement you had previously would need to be altered and agreed upon by you.Ideally what we wanted to do , was initially buy a mobile home (didn't matter if single or double) and stick it on an acre of our own land and such and just build on it eventually, since they're easy to build or replace materials etc. As opposed to trying to get a mortage on a house itself, or having a house built. So tempted to move if can find something less than 500/month.
