Ok Hot Bot and Alta Vista use the same search Engine as Yahoo by this I mean that once You Submit Your Site To Yahoo with the links I provided your site is on Hot Bot and Alta Vista You could see this by going to there website Homepage HotBot Web Search will show you that there powered by Yahoo In the front Page and Alta Vista Will show you there powered by Yahoo in this Page AltaVista - Business Services Remember if this was helpful Give Me Positive Rep

I dont know about table borders, but i heard the altavista loves when all the colors on your site are either #ff0000 or #0000ff. Comic sans 30pt fonts are a big plus too.

Alta Vista is Powered by Yahoo So When Yahoo Bots Visit Alta Vista Goes To your website and adds it along with yahoo. As of for the colors that has nothing to do with Search Bots Entering your site.
