Google Bizopps Last Warning

if I don't make any reference to Google but the advertiser, whose pdt I'm promoting does, would I still be in trouble?

You've watched too many movies. If you really think Google is gonna "buy" the judge and/or jurors, you're crazy.

I can think of many cases in the court systems where the underdog won. Right is right, and wrong is wrong. They allowed rebills on their system for a LONG time. They will probably claim they did everything they could to "combat" them but couldnt keep up with their millions of advertisers, and that would be easily defeated in court, no? After all, like you said, theyre Google and they have zillions of employees, right? So how could they not catch it all? See how being all powerful is a double edged sword?

Surely they could just block "google" from being advertised or require a manual review of any adverts with a few select phrases (e.g. google cash) in them? Funny really, that google was an accomplice (ok, maybe just an aid) to many of these scams, probably why it's taken them so long to make a defense.

This thread convinced me to start offering affiliate marketing lawsuit insurance, $50k a month ... pm for detailz.

$50K a month may lose you quite a bit of money. Certainly no AAA rating! :>

Who gives a shit if you "spill the beans". If a network got served, they got served. Its not a big fucking "secret". Its in affiliates' best interest to be TOLD if it is a network they have done business with.

Keeping a secret may seem cool, but there is not one reason not to tell people that could be affected.

Your reading comprehension sucks.

Should I not give a fuck just because I'm in Eastern Europe? Seriously.

Seriously, if you have bizopps with any mention of the name "Google" in it, I would shut that shit down now! You wanna risk going to the clink and having some big brotha probing your prostate all because you falsely told people you post links on Big G?

They also have a page at: FTC : Business Opportunities dedicated purely to bizopp scams (redirect from Thinking of Buying a Business Opportunity?). Note the guy in the video simply worked as a salesguy at a bizopp callcenter and went to *jail* for 3 years. He didn't own the firm, nothing, just worked there and made commission on leads.

Incorrect. the guy manipulated the people by lying to them and used deceptive practices in order to get them to join.

fuck the FTC

Id love them to try and come after me. My hosting is in Panama which means they are not obligated to give out any information about me as US laws are not enforcable there. Also my domains were registered by a registrar in China who also will not give out any information about who I am. So go finger yourself google.

Your traffic sources have your contact and financial info, that's who the FTC will ask first.

Can't they just follow the affiliate links and subpoena the networks you are working with?

Speaking to your AM won't do shit, a subpoena is a subpoena.

Regardless they have to find my landing pages first and unless they come apon them by chance via some adware they have on their system they aint gonna find much.

I'm sure if they're going to subpoena traffic sources they'll subpoena the major adware networks too. You're really not as protected as you think, the best protection will be a good lawyer.
