I just launched www.HalloweenHoes.com I took so many f'ing photos this weekend I figured why not just put together a site. So here it is. I could use some peoples help in getting the world out today, being it Halloween and all. If someone has a Fark.com account I would appreciate a submit. I just registered, but it takes 24 hours. Let me know what everyone think. Thanks! - katoved

if youre selling these cds.. i hope you got some kind of consent form from every single girl you have in a photo.. or the law is gonna whip around and bite you in the ass

I don't know, but there might be a valid point in that.

Posing for a private photo != having one's photo sold and labeled as "hoe".

You might want to check with some law person.

the girls gone wild video.. any girl they have on their i think they have a signed consent form.. thats why with some clips you see the face blurred out

yeah, you still need consent, even if it's in public.

also, why charge for this AND have ads?

I would just make it free, and allow other to post pictures and just make money off ads.

If you do still decide to charge for this you might want to pay someone to design an actual cd cover, and fix the typos on the page, you have quite a bit.

Overall though, I can't see someone buying this, especially with all the free porn on the net. Even if you do make $500 the course of the year, all you need is one person to sue you and you'll loose everything :)

Isnt that the same thing with all thse girls gone wild videos?

Yes, katoved, all those girls on those videos never get a dime, they really are doing it the first time, and they are as young as they look...........now come here and let me give you your meds! :)

Seriously, when it comes to money (and sometimes labels) people can get strange. Even if you have a legal right to do what you are doing, it may cost you $$$ to prove it in court.
