Dell Head Quarters Support Contact needed

Hi Guys

I am looking to get some contact info of customer support for Dell but NOT the Indian one. I want to talk to someone in the US that has actual decision making power.

Does something like that exist and if yes what is the number? I'm more then happy to complain to the CEO or who ever I can get on the line...

Here's the story:

Bought my Dell Studio 1735 last October.
It started overheating and just turning off in June, so I called up Dell, talked to some retard for about 2h, sent it in got it back and while it was a little better (it only crashed every couple of hours instead of every 20min), it still sucked.

I couldn't send it back in right away since I went to Europe for a couple months but I called them back up as soon as I got to the US, had another reddiculously long phone conversation and sent it back in about 3 weeks ago. They promised me they'd have it back to me within 7-10 days.

Well I called them up a week ago asking where the fuck it was. Well turns out the morons in India that barely speak English fucked up the address completely AND the phone number (so they couldn't even call me to get the right one) although I spelled it for them about 10 times since I've had that problem before.

Well it arrived yesterday and it still keeps crashing.

So, I don't have any interest in calling the Indians again but want to curse at some American that can actually do something about this piece of crap.

I'd appreciate help on getting some contact Info.

Did you order through dell home or small business?

It's been a couple years, but the way they used to have it set up, all the home customers got their support offshored, but small business customer support was in TX.

If you call the normal customer support number. It goes to either Gurgoan or Hyderabad in india, both are the two main centers in india. I don't think they have a US office which takes calls for the home business operations.
 
Okay guys, I've tried fucking everything now and I'm no further then I was before. The only real person I've been able to talk to were some morons in India and that only after HUGE waiting times. Needless to say they were completely useless.

Does ANYONE have any kind of a personal phone number? Fuck I wish I could get the number of the CEO and yell at that asshole but even the fucking janitor at dell headquarters will be better then nothing.

Anyone?
 
LOL silly affiliate marketers... Call up the corporate/educational sales department and tell them you lost the customer support number and need them to forward you ASAP.
