when did you move out of your parents house?

Wayy better write offs. Your personal home is not an asset unless you sell it at a profit. Especially paying interest, and property taxes, and maintaining your property. Passive income

yeah I meant as opposed to rent - as far as I know you can't write rent off, only part if you do business from your residence. if your monthly mortgage payment is equal to what you'd be paying in rent, you get to write off interest and business use.

I don't know why this fits into the post. But it seems to be words to live by.

Everything has a price its just how much your going to have to pay.

so why aren't you looking now instead of jerking your dick over a BMW that's going to cost over half of a rent/mortgage payment

im definately at the point where i can live on my own .. i just have to make a decision about where i wanna live and make sure i can get a steady income goin
If you're not making enough for a full time income from affiliate marketing, then find a job, and move where ever you need to in order to take that job. And if you're not making a steady income from AM, maybe a BMW isn't the most financially sound idea...

forget the bmw ... i dont even know if i want to move back to my hometown ... its a big decision

well its hard to tell if i'll be able to make a full time income off AM or not. i just started to make money this summer, now i feel like i've learned a lot and have a pretty solid idea that i am on the right track. this month i am set to make over 7k for the month, but this offer won't last and i'll have to find something else to promote...

so its hard to tell if i can do it full time right now, but the way i see it now, it makes more sense to invest my time into AM instead of working for some online marketing firm

wait tables at night if you have to just to keep your days open to do affiliate marketing. While your young take risks. The ability to have staying power in this business is key. Always going to be hills and valleys in live. Yes im a 99 year old Buddhist monk affiliate marketer Zen baby Zen.

this is a surprisingly good approach that i never considered ... hopefully i wont have to wait tables .. but i never even thought of that

Moving out will be the best move in your life EVER!

It'll also teach you some responsibility.
Your parents are nagging? Boohooo...

Wait until you figure out that the food doesn't cook itself, the laundry doesn't do itself and the fucking kitchen floor doesn't get cleaned by fairies at night.

Sitting on the toilet without paper and realizing you got no one to blame but yourself... now that is a life experience. :D

As I said.. greatest adventure and best learning experience ever.

"i can't really deal w/ my parents bs anymore ... always nagging me or asking me to do something or commenting on how i do things .. it gets annoying"---

Just wait until your landlord asks for the rent every month. I can promise you that is even more annoying. Grass always greener only benefit moving out is you can bring chicks over. Oh and if you live with your girlfriend or get married you will get the same annoying b.s. you got from your parents. Gosh miss mommas home cooked meals

It probably hasn't hit him yet, but when he moves back home, his parents are probably gonna ask for rent every month too.
