After spending way to much time reading about CC and which one will acutally give me points for using it online I thought I would ask which ones you guys recommend?
Currently using AmEx bluecash but they are not giving me cashback for payments made to google with the amounts I started spending I need to switch....

Any tips

I use the Plum card and am grandfathered in on the original 2% cash back. Pretty nice when you spent a ton.

But I use a debit card, since all my credit cards were taken away.

really? the cash back on debit cards seems worse then cc chase still offers 2% and works for google just thought there was maybe something better.

Chase Freedom IMO is better than Blue Cash. Blue does this bullshit thing where you only got your cashback once a year and it's put back onto your card. Freedom gives you $250 cashback per $200 you earn in the form of a check, and the calculate it monthly. Chase however converted one of my cards to Ultimate Rewards without me asking (I don't think they liked me requesting several reward checks at a time all with the $50 bonus *sigh*)

The question is not what cc do I use, it's how I use it?

I use to line up coke to snort off yo mama's ass.

Woot woot.

As with a few others in the thread, I rock debit cards. I haven't found a real need for a credit card yet, so why thwart the temptation? Plus, with the credit union I'm a part of, I get a good interest rate on my checking account(s). I've heard that most banks don't offer interest on checking accounts, so I consider myself lucky in that case.

Of course, I'm just a college kid with a hand-me down Jeep Liberty and a dorm room, plus several nice scholarships for being a non-retard in high school, so I don't have a need for one yet, having nothing to pay on. But someday, and probably someday pretty soon, I will. Then I'll have to cave.
