Going to disagree. If i were running a corporation and I had instructed my employees who were not part of PR to never post on forums and they did anyway I'd fire them as well.

I do think that they should actually have a PR person responding though, that would probably help them a lot haha.

Yeah I agree I didn't mean have just anyone respond as you don't want a dumbass intern speaking for your company but they should have someone monitoring all of the places their affiliates post or write at to be able to respond quickly and get the truth (or spin) out there if something does pop up.
