Anybody else have auto replenish not working?

2nd time today I have dropped below my threshold and no money added. First time it actually paused my ads, this time I caught it.

Would be nice if one could delete or permanently hide inactive campaigns. The current filter on top is lost after every refresh.

Markus something occured to me as I have been bidding on age, income and other variables. Can you give us a breakdown of what percentage people answer these questions. It just occured to me that by advertising based on income there is a chance I'm only getting a ultra small part of the population as I ccould see a large amount of people not answering that.

If not maybe you could at least give us the top 5 that people prefer not to answer if you don't want to give away %.

Not sure if anybody has reported this and I'm not reading through 14 pages on WickedFire, so:

I've noticed a bug when targeting with zipcode/postcode. If you define these attributes in your targeting and save the campaign, it sticks. If you then go back in to the campaign and change ANYTHING, when you save the campaign the zipcode/postcode targeting disappears. This isn't apparent until you go back in to see that it's gone.

I was wondering why I'd received a sudden rush in impressions and a massive dip in CTR.

I went back in to see that my London postcode targeting had been wiped when I upped my bid. It sent me a shitload of impressions from all around the world and my CTR dropped to 0.02. Bit of a given considering my campaign was designed only for Londoners.

Either I'm doing something really really retarded or there's a bug that needs ironing out.

Anyway, just throwing that out there.

The system looks promising. I'm still getting to grips with it but the potential is definitely there. Nice work.

That's true, I just tested it out and after changing the campaign CPM bid the zip code target was removed. Good job Finch.

if there is a customer support or questions email address i'd like that. i spending more and more and should be at a considerable amount soon. just looking for a basic email to ask a few questions about this bidding.

30% of people fill out income, 60% car status, 83% fill out puzzels, want to get married. Only age gender and country are filled out by everyone.

No going to answer many questions on bidding because i'm constantly changing it. CTR is between .03% and .8%

POF

It's all a go right? I have already signed up and have a couple of ads running, just want to make sure everything is working?

John

I'm not sure about others, but I'd like to be able to bid and pay on a CPC not just CPM...I tested a couple of things and even with pretty specific targeting, they racked up impressions way to quickly to be profitable at all?

keep testing / write better ads

3 New targetting options are now live.

1. Hair color
2. You can target users who like games and crossword puzzels. Or hate them.
3. You can target users who want to get married soon or not.
First of all Markus, thanks for all the dates and variety over the last couple of years. I'm getting laid more at 50 then I was at 18!! It's amazing, it's like a machine I can turn off when I need a break and turn it on and line up my weekends for the next few months, it's freaking great!! one day I will find the keeper but right now you have made a Mature man extremely happy :)) Ok now for business.

I notice it says BETA! am I wasting money or is everything running as should? how long does it usually take to start to see traffic?? a couple of hours? a day? And I am wondering how much I should load up to start as per the traffic you say is going through the system? Will it just blow right through $25? I have it set for even spend at the moment, and maybe I should start with say $100 or should I stay at $25 while in Beta??

Thanks for your help,

John

Yeah I agree CPC would be nice. I am not a big fan and am not use to CPM.

You should not spend more than $5 while in Beta. How about finding your answers by testing out the system like the rest of us?

It's definitely an issue, I just had the exact same thing happen to me. Hopefully they look into it soon and get it resolved.

WTF?

I just had 13 separate charges come through from POF on my credit card, maxing it out.

I checked and hadn't been charged since November and the numbers add up. However the 5% swing in the exchange rate in that time burned my cash for no reason whatsoever.

Hoping this is a one time hiccup or are we always going to get charged once a month???

With these little surprises I'm wondering if my money is better spent elsewhere. And yes, I should keep better track of whats happening on my credit card.

Same here. I was unable to use my credit card for 15 days and when I contacted my bank they said the merchant hasn't yet sent the charge slip. Whats strange is that you spend money but don't keep track of your credit card? I get alerts sent to my cell phone as soon as I use my CC anywhere so its like 'yeah i spent that money'. Not getting alerts = something going wrong.
