The exercise (for month 1):
Short run 10min
3 sets of 12 for ALL listed below (1 minute rest between sets);
Chest press
Abdominal crunch
Lat pulley
Shoulder press
Leg extension
Leg curl
"Three-headed" muscle
Biceps
Overall 1/1.5 hours per vist.

eat big, lift hard, fuck bitches, get money

if you eat a lot more, around 4000 calories a day (get some ON whey too), youll bulk a lot faster than that. props+

Same sets every day.
Eating schedule? its the hardest, 2/3 large meals a day and few small (yogurt/almonds).

I don't count nutritional value yet, just trying to eat as much as possible.

I haven't figured out how to count daily nutritional value, how do I know if I just ate 100g or 200g steak? how much g is an average egg?
Will have to find out the answers to all of them.

But on the counts I did try to make it came out I'm eating 1/2 to 1/3 from whats needed. should triple my daily meals? sick.

Naaw man that doesn't sound right. When I eat whatever (and I'm fucking slim) I take in at least 2-2.5k/day.

Not sure if Im counting right, but I dont think its too far from the truth.

Before I started this, there were days I was barely eating at all, one medium meal and 2 bowls of corn flakes+milk.

The fucked up affiliate lifestyle sitting at home for 3 days in a row - sleep, sit in chair, eat, sit in chair, sleep. We dont need that much food to survive that way do we?​
 
You need AT LEAST 4k calories a day. Otherwise you are just wasting your time lifting.

Also I'd recommend splitting up your workout days so that you aren't doing the same thing every time. You need to give your muscles time to recover.

Set it up like:

Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Legs/ Squats
Wednesday - Arms
Thursday - Off day
etc.
