What's up guy's?

I am asking a favor from all of you. A donation that 100% of will go to a great cause.

Why I am asking for a donation (anything counts):

About a month ago I was approached by one of my long time friends. She came up to me very jittery, and like something was wrong. So I asked her what the problem was... She said to me "I need a favor from you. I want you to throw a fashion show for my friend. She has always dreamed about being model and walking in a fashion show." (if you guys saw my other thread, you would know I throw parties, fashion shows, club events). So I said "okay, not a problem at all, whats my time frame?" What she said next blew my mind. She said the fashion show was for her 15 year old friend who has been diagnosed with cancer, and only has 6 months to live.

So for the past few weeks myself and my partner have been eating, sleeping and breathing everything about this event. We had almost everything planned out, the models were all going to be wearing wigs (since Jessica lost her hair), and she was going to be the main model, living her dream on the runway. Tragically, on new years day Jessica (the girl we were going to throw the event for) passed away. The date of the fashion show was supposed to January 11th, 2010 but we postponed it for a couple of weeks.

As of right now, the family is in a pretty shitty situation. Their house is soon to be foreclosed, medical bills for Jessica's treatments are piling up, and worst of all, a wonderful daughter, sister, and friend is gone.

Listen guy's this is for a great cause to help out Jessica's family and fight against cancer. THIS IS NOT A SCAM. Check out my website VIP Happy Hour | Rochester NY | Entertainment NightLife | Bars & Clubs and you can even verify this.

PM ME IF YOU WOULD BE INTERESTED IN MAKING ANY SORT OF DONATION! ANY PENNY IS GREATLY APPRECIATED. THANKS EVERYONE.

No shit man, I think the benefit for her is going to be extremely powerful and touching to the people that are there. Still blows my mind whenever I think about her.

Can you throw up a paypal link here or a link to a place where donations can be made? I bet some people would like to do it anonymously.

+rep for that. Mom's had breast cancer for the past 2 years and is in remission, so I know how that goes. I donate $1,000 per year to the Komen foundation.

I think that what you're doing here is simply amazing.

Thanks a lot man. I'm just trying to grind as much as I can for this little girl and her family. I always here about horror stories and I never thought it would hit close to home, but dude this whole situation rocked my world.

Every penny helps guys! If you are not in the mood to make a donation, please @ least bump this thread. THANK YOU ALL.

I have lost several people very close to me to cancer.

I donate regularly.

However, one of the biggest problems with cancer is that it is not a disease - it is a family of related diseases, all very different, unique, and hard to kill.

It blows - no doubt about it.

RIP - Patrick, Peter, Blanche, Olive, Roy, Ray, and the rest...
