The article was retarded and made no sense, what dose a graffiti laser system have to do with cutting metal from miles away?
"10 years they’ll have a solid state laser mounted on a Hummer that can put a hole in sheet of metal from several miles away. Well Dutch graffiti writers can pretty much do that now " No they can't.
"When the Pentagon finally does get those hand-held lasers" They have them, we all do. The new one is HUMMER mounted.
That being said, I did like the video thats some awesome tech. I was even digging the music in the background.
