It's ok, I was the same way when I smoked.
Been about 3 years since I had one, and haven't even thought about them or wanted one for about 2 years 9 months. It passes.
There should be a cap on lawsuits and how many attorneys are around. But I guess since they make the rules thats never going to happen. We are definitely sinking to a low with these type of ridiculous kind of lawsuits more and more pointing us to a sue me state sad really sad for this country. Run by attorneys. You can sue anyone for any reason just fucking retarded.

Responsibility is a choice. You choose whatever you want to be responsible for. It doesn't make sense to choose to be responsible for smoking if you can make 300 million for shifting that responsibility somewhere else.
To be responsible for rapping, stealing, robbing, murdering, means choosing not to be responsible for something even more important, like not getting caught, or not getting $300 million.
Everything is part of the game folks. In a sense, it's the rest of us that's not responsible for being responsible.

Libertarian do not want to have power over others. They don't like politic saying it's evil. Though I have sympathy to them, to me, that's as irresponsible as commies not wanting to get rich. If the way the world work is eat or be eaten, it's to your benefit to choose to responsibly eat as much as possible.
