its the fed thats crazy, not the insurance companies. many insurance companies are corrupt, yes, but the government is even more corrupt.
 
Patriot Act = Benefits with risks(in a perfect world, it would be nice to listen to terrorists planning without jumping through a lot of hoops)

Obama's Bill = No benefits and certain bad effects.

After 9/11 it wasn't clear how many other 'citizens' from Islamic backgrounds had similar plans. It was a bad measure that I'm sure the government will use to come get us for conspiring against it, but Obama's bill is just retarded.
