VCC for Adwords

How do you get one? Disclaimer: I'm not doing anything shady -- I was just banned because I was a moron and tried to push a rebill, not knowing they weren't allowed.

I've looked into Entropay and Wirecard, which both look legit, but they don't accept USA accounts. Is there any legit service that does? I'm wary of buying a VCC from some random person on a forum; would rather go with a trustworthy source.

inb4 get a new debit card from bank. I already know that.

Suggestions?

Looked into Mango and it's unclear whether their cards are actually virtual or just physical prepaid cards. Also, I already know about Paypal's virtual card that was discontinued a long time ago.
 
Actually, I've used a few VCC companies that worked in the past, but it seems like adwords is banning their ranges of vcc's. I've yet to find a work around.
 
don't think they're accepting vcc anymore, how about getting a new credit card and start over?
 
I heard from a source that Adwords either still allows VCCs, or can't get tell if a card is a VCC.

I could get a new card from my bank, but it would be a hassle, and in any case the name/address would be the same.

pick one, open as many as you want (requires SSN but you can have as many accounts/cards as you want).

costs like $10 to open and $5 to load each time.. $1100 max load per, each of them have their own limits, do your own research

you can find greendot temporary cards in CVS/walgreens/others.. will work instantly, they'll mail you a permanent embossed card with the same CC #. you have to register it on their website for online use (won't pass AVS verification otherwise)

Looks like a lot of them implement some sort of limit on how much you can spend, so it looks like it'd be hard to use it and spend a lot per day.
