No gangs, but the geese here are pretty rough in the summer. One chased my cousin and bit him in the ass. I think geese are worse then gangs, gangs don't shit in your yard and honk in the morning when you are trying to sleep.

Some minor gangs where I live. Actually more groups of High School kids getting drunk or so. Not much violent crimes in general where I live. Just go 15 miles north further into the Metro Area and the picture will be different.
