Thinking of getting this:

Hauppauge Computer Works Online Store- Hardware

Only requirements are the ability for it to be HD, fast compression, and able to handle my Xbox.

Any other products you'd recommend?

i dont see any way to connect your xbox to that card you linked and get HD resolutions (there's no component or hdmi inputs), fyi.. not sure of one that has them offhand.. but thats what you need

Don't have HD connection to my Xbox (in all honesty, I've used it a grand total of 60 minutes since I bought it last November...

Just the little red/white cables. Don't need it HD, just real time.

I have an Hauppauge WinTV-USB2 that has a 1-2 second lag at present.

well depending on which one you have (if you bought it last november new it should), they have hdmi ports on them.. so you just need that card i linked and a cable.

Holy fuck, it DOES have HDMI! Sweet. It's hidden behind this big ass plug! Nice catch man! I can just plug the HDMI into one of the monitors and switch inputs!

Rock on man!

oh, i thought you were trying to record your xbox or something else i would have suggested that :)

a few of us do plug our xbox's into one of our monitors.. in fact if you have a monitor that supports PIP (i think my dells do, never tried) you can even run your xbox in a little always-on-top "window" in your monitor :)
