Christopher Kennedy from Las Vegas, has been charged in February. He is currently free on a $50,000 bond while awaiting sentencing.
He is the owner of saucekit and now could get a possible maximum sentence of five years in prison, a $250,000 fine and a possible restitution order

Fucking hell, I almost, almost, paid for that a year or so ago.

Whatever happened to DP's owner? He was doing the same was he not?

Think around that time someone else got sued for cookie stuffing which raised a shit load of threads about OMG I R Get Sued? Which pretty much stopped cookie stuffing script/software sellers in its tracks.

Of course now we see some havent

Facing 5 years? Better call Saul!

There is an important distinction to make here. I'm familiar with both cases.

Saucekit is an app for you to do your own cookie stuffing. He freely distributed it everywhere, to anyone, to stuff eBay cookies. It was a malicious attack against eBay.

This is completely different from the DP case, where it was alleged that cookie stuffing took place. Alleged.

Just asking but what does harro have to do with anything?

BHW, which is run by HaRRo(not owned) used to have cookie stuffing + ewhoring sections before they got threatened and shit a brick etc etc. And removed em. Though like 8-9 (maybe a year) months ago before the whole cookie stuffing shit got real, pofecker told everyone to gtfo from EPN (cookie stuffing wise) cause shits about to hit the fan and bitches about to get sued.

Picks for more explanation:
