Who decided that tax payers are now responsible for another war on private actions?

Will a judge ever rule that further law suits against piracy are interfering with courts?

I sure hope not. If someone punches you in the face over and over again and you sue him for damages each time, should the court "eventually" rule that further law suits are interfering with courts?

Sounds like the appropriate use of the court to me.
 
What Refrozen said, and also, since when was it NOT the government's job to enforce copyright law? I'm pretty sure that power is granted to them in the US Constitution.
 
Actually I'm pretty sure copyrights are not mentioned in the constitution
