I've been having wrist pain for the past two months. Started looking into changing my typing habits. From what I hear this could lead to something serious. Anybody have any tips for workspace and typing habits.
I use the foam pads and now a wrist glove on the mouse hand that my wife bought me. Helped out a ton actually.

get those pads, they help a lot.
also get your weak ass in the gym and do some wrist exercises at the end of every workout. wrist curls and reverse wrist curls, and hammer wrist curls. your wrists will hurt a lot lot less if your muscles ain't puny

A real ergonomic chair and correct desk height will go a very long way. Touchpads and touchscreen LCDs help too. I haven't been able to use a mouse regularly for the past 4 years.
