What was that, mr racist?

Early humans observed other mammals that lactated and took advantage of it. It's the same way we discover what fruits and vegitables we can eat. It's natural, but usually crude, trial and error for the most of history.

why fewer asians are homeless:

105 average iq, thight families, strict mothers, comparative disadvantage in the badass loving chicks niche etc.

yeah well thats easy to do considering your ancestors were never slaves

^Actually asians had by far the most violent slavery in US history.

The blacks and the indians ain't got shit on what we did to the japanese/japanese looking (asians) americans during WWII. We basically put our own american citizens in concentration camps where they got tortured and worked to death if they didn't die first of starvation and diseases/guard brutality. You don't see survivor books about it like the holocaust because very few made it through. It was so bad we don't even teach it in schools or talk about it much. Yet it was very real.

I don't mean to bring the thread down. I just wanted to correct ya there.

Can you actually provide a link that gives any support at all to this claim, because the one you provided above completely contradicts the statement that 'very few made it through'.

Japanese-American internment was the forced relocation and internment by the United States government in 1942 of approximately 110,000 Japanese Americans and Japanese residing along the Pacific coast of the United States to camps called "War Relocation Camps," in the wake of Imperial Japan's attack on Pearl Harbor.

A number of persons died or suffered for lack of medical care, and several were killed by sentries; James Wakasa, for instance, was killed at Topaz War Relocation Center, near the perimeter wire. Nikkei were prohibited from leaving the Military Zones during the last few weeks before internment, and only able to leave the camps by permission of the camp administrators.

On January 2, 1945, the exclusion order was rescinded entirely. The internees then began to leave the camps to rebuild their lives at home, although the relocation camps remained open for residents who were not ready to make the move back. The freed internees were given $25 and a train ticket to their former homes. While the majority returned to their former lives, some of the Japanese Americans emigrated to Japan.

To compare this to the deliberate extermination of 6 million people is ludicrous.

Your link also lists a number books, movies and documentaries about what happened.

Not to say no wrong was done, but I really don't understand this bizarre exaggeration and hyperbole, this self-loathing self-flagellating projecting of guilt onto your own culture and country. What is the agenda here exactly?

If you have other evidence that disputes what wikipedia says, please provide it. Personally I like learning about history and open to whatever facts you can back up.

To compare hundreds of years of slavery, let alone, to this present day, more disregard for African-Americans than any other minority group, to the Japanese interment camps is a long stretch.

lol
What do you think a concentration camp is?
I didn't say the japanese had it worse than the jews. I don't think anyone in history had it worse than the jews. But I also didn't misuse the term.

I'm not going to hijack this thread. Make a new thread on why you think black slavery was worse and I'll respond with a bunch of information. I can't argue with 400 years but slaves back then were a luxury item or an important piece of production equipment. Despite what you see in the movies many were well taken care of in the slave sense.

This thread reminded me of a book I read back when I worked in Washington, D.C.: [ame="http://www.amazon.com/Unjust-Enrichment-Companies-Fortunes-American/dp/0811718441"]Amazon.com: Unjust Enrichment: How Japan's Companies Built Postwar Fortunes Using American Pows (9780811718448): Linda…[/ame] (Unjust Enrichment: How Japan's Companies Built Postwar Fortunes Using American POWs)

Americans used as slave labor for Japanese companies for years during WWII, in real shitty conditions, too.

Why do I love Koolaid and Fried Chicken so much? OH yus, I'm black. (True and cool story bro).

Why have I not used all of that algebra and calculus junk ONCE in my life?! Way to waste my first 22 years of life, school -.-
