Doesn't seem like a tough decision to me. Hmmm...give up domain that cost $8 to reg, or fly across the atlantic for a lawsuit you're going to lose $xx,xxx? I'll take "Give up the domain". Maybe that's cuz I'm poor.

Precisely. I don't get why you'd choose to be sued, especially if your reasoning is that you can't be because you're "a minor".

I don't know why I'm caught up in this because I have nothing to do with the domains, Gary is a friend who I have employed to "manage" and work for Freshcoders.com, I didn't know he owned your domains until he told me that the owner of this place had threatened to have a "field day" with my company and then told me the rest of the story, I don't have the domains and Gary isn't my partner, he's just a employee, please Please could you remove the slander against freshcoders or i will sue you for slander and harm against freshcoders.

I am not gary but I do know the situation quite personally, Techno has nothing to do with this. He didnt know about it either.
 
John perhaps you should read... I DON'T OWN THE DOMAINS GARY DOES AND I CAN'T MAKE HIM DO ANYTHING... I'M TRYING TO GET MY NAME OUT OF THIS NOTHING MORE NOTHING LESS.
