I agree with Techno, you're just messing it up for his company. I registered the domain theblackparade.net so I understand where he is coming from. My site is not a company, so I could care less if you leave it there or not.

You should also just chill. It's not like anyone searches for 'wickedfire' in Google. Most of your search engine traffic probably comes from webmaster related keywords.

find the nearest business dictionary and lookup conflict of interest and find out why an employee of an online company buying other peoples trademarked domain names and soiling your business name in the process is a good reason to fire a "great coder."

Why? It shouldn't affect my company and it wouldn't if Jon hadn't brought me into it, I have nothing to do with Gary, why should me and my company be dragged through the mud just because one of my employee's did something stupid?

All of you have done it, what different would it make if I did it too? It's up to him and nothing I can do will change that, if you realized that then maybe we could discard me from the argument.

Is it so betraying to you that you need to sue the kid, I think you should really ask yourself if this person deserves to be sued for everything he's got. Bourgeois has sueing become that any one beng, doing any slight wrong doing can be punished for, is this the direction humanity must turn to? I know, to quote, "Long is the way, and hard that out of hell leads up to light", and that's exactly what this "trial" shall be, but is it really leading to light, or in truth destruction.

I can't believe your not getting this. You have no influence on jon but you do on Gary. Since you seem to be the most simple minded business owner I've ever seen I'll use an analogy to help explain it.

Johnny Goodguy owns a stereo store. He employees James Da Douche. James Da Douche is a great salesman so Johnny Goodguy doesn't want to get rid of him. However James Da Douche starts selling stolen speakers illegally out of his van. He puts Johnny Goodguy's company name on his van and claims he owns it. He gets arrested and the local paper gets wind.
What does Johnny Goodguy do? He starts barking up the tree at the local paper because they dragged his company into this. This makes Johnny Goodguy a FUCKIN RETARD!

I explained this in a way an 8 year old could understand. So your dumb emo ass should at least get the gist of it. Do the smart thing. Tell him to either give the domains back or he's fired. If he gives them back you look like the hero. If he doesn't and you fire him you look innocent. The longer you wait on this the worse its going to get for you.
