yeah nigga i already know about that shit. i work out and im an amateur bodybuilder. nigga aerboic training is basically when you do cardio, you know run and shit, treadmill etc u dumbass. anaerobic is like resistance training, you know like fucking deadlifting or squatting or whatnot, like fucking against gravity.
yeah nigga muscle fibers but it depends what kind of stresses u gotta tell me but u know the myosins might be affected.
