Yes I believe it. Have you used Angela or Paul links? Are they relevant to niche? These links have High Page Rank. That's a big advantage to increase SERP. Our members buy this link packet in every month, because anyone cat get invested little amount with a good ROI.
 
okey bought adn done..

I have actually done all the commmenting on my own and is golden... You will have to sign up on bunch of places but its worth it.
I have 6 places where my comments wont show though, I don't know the reason but :( I tried to comment without links and with hyperlink

Nice to see a good reply here. Yes, This is a golden one. If we sign up for a blog, we are getting a good link. Otherwise spam bots easily vanish these pages. So we are safe :)
Sometimes Anti spam modules in few blogs are not getting some ISP's IP Addresses or Keywords. But that chance is very less.

Again I must say thanks for you :)
