So I did a little diggin based on the address and came across this: CITY OF BERKELEY Prepared 11/07/05, 9:07:29 PERMITS ISSUED Page 1 Program BBR102 10/01/05 through 10/31/05 BUILDING PERMITS (Google Cache'd) - search for the address.
It comes under the name HAKIMOGLU ZEYNEP (this is their building permit request I believe). Upon looking up more from that I saw a lot of links to ClearOne Communications, stock trades, investments and holdings.
However, address is in UT. Interesting little connection. Not sure if this helps or not, just trying to contribute.
