perspective shifts of time and size are something i practice almost daily. time & size decimate all. in the face of the timeline of eternity and the size of the universe, nothing matters. it reduces us all to ants that survive for a blip.
whatever dramas i have, i imagine the same scenario unfolding in the colony of ants i just stepped on as i walked my dog. i imagine the squabbles that went on between neanderthals. its all the same shit. my focus on the minutia doesn't make any of it more important.
i'm here. i'm 1 nanosecond from death in the big scheme. nothing i could possibly do would make me or anyone else relevant in the grand scope, so do whatever & enjoy the brief ride.
it helps me not get upset that they forgot the extra sauce on my pizza.
And maybe I missed the memo, but what is with the indentation again?
Is it some type of existential statement about nonconformity?
