If you're going to use Bittorrent to DL movies at least use Peerblock to IP block the media companies who fish for users downloading a particular torrent.
Other than that if you STILL want to pirate, use HTTP like Rapidshare, Filesonic etc. worst they can do is tell them take down the file and can't directly hit you because they'd need to subpoena the company (which are usually overseas) to get your IP. Plus you aren't uploading when you are using these services unlike BT.
