The links are a mix of profile sources, and blog comments. Not all the blog comments will have PR but they are what he has promised - edus.

The seller, however, has been responsive and I got the list within a couple of hours.

For all others The list Contains links are all greater than PR3

24 edu forum profiles All forums has high PR
20 edu blog comments
5 gov profiles+blog comments

All this for just 7$.
