I wouldn't say bringing her to the ground would even be necessary tbh, not like she was sprinting, just walking. Turning her around, holding her hands behind her back and handcuffing her would be all that was necessary.

& at the people saying you'd get it too if you did the same - asking to go back to your car, and walking back to it would get you tazed?

A tazer was totally unnecessary in that situation, and would have been if she was a 21 year old guy, too.
