BAN that scumbag. Even if he paid for damages or whatever, I'd still vote to ban him. He owes faceblogger the money in my opinion, for starters. However, that still doesn't address the fact that what he did broke an unwritten rule that stands among any decent, respectful AMs/SEOs/whatever, and was totally unethical.

60 days I think is the limit in which you may issue a chargeback. Check the PayPal FAQ to learn how to issue a chargeback (I can't do it now because I'm mobile

When you say WF member, he is just a member of the forum. I'm sure nobody even knows or gives a fuck about him.
It came from having an open mind. I've yet to have 1 good experience with an Indian living in India. Indians living in Europe / America are a different story. They're generally more talented and intelligent than their counter part living in India.

Anyone selling an information product should just accept it's going to be copied/shared and should price that into the cost of their product.
If your only business model is to sell a list of URL's then you have much bigger problems. Let's not ignore the fact that many of the people who think this is wrong reuse content such as images without permission on a daily basis, download copied music to listen to while working and I bet not one of you have a legit copy of photoshop.

When your response takes up more space than your banner I might take you seriously but I'm guessing you have not heard that term before.
Just for the record, I'm not advocating his behaviour but lets get real, this is pretty common. Much better to send a mod a PM and have it dealt with privately instead of broadcasting the exact place to get your stuff for free. The people copying your stuff were probably never going to buy it in the first place but now some potential buyers probably won't either.

it doesnt matter, the list is now almost worthless. He's probably not going to keep selling that list. and its doubtful the next one gets posted there because the only way that happens is if a jackass WHO BUYS IT shares it. And most people aren't that dumb.
