Just did a little experiment to check the response times on a few different acai products when you called their phone numbers to cancel. Figured it may be of use for those of you trying to operate with as few complaints as possible.
All call centers said they were open.
Power 500/Extreme - Call picked up by person after 2 minutes, 30 seconds on hold.
Supreme -
Time #1 - Call immediately hung up
Time #2 - Call immediately hung up
Time #3 - Busy signal
Time #4 - Call imediately hung up
Maxx - Voicemail, instructed to email them
Noni -
Time #1 - "All Circuits Are Busy, Please try your call later"
Time #2 - "...silence"
Time #3 - "All Circuits Are Busy, Please try your call later"
Time #4 - Busy signal
Ultimate - Same number as Supreme, so presumably the same outcome.
Vital - Annoying female version of Microsoft Sam yaps at me. Then on hold. Jazz music starts out pretty good. Then it got worse. Still on hold. Now it's not even Jazz. After 10 minutes on hold without even a supportive recorded voice to assure me, I give up.
Berry Blast - Quick menu, then hold for 1 minute, 15 seconds, then real human
Remember kids, 'mo pissed off consumers 'mo problems
