You should see my neighbors expressions when they see the hundreds and hundreds of bottles of pills all over my office. That combined with daily deliveries from ups and fedex keeps them wondering what is going on over here.
I tell them I play games all day because I'm sick and tired of people asking stupid questions like what is an affililiate, or what do you mean advertising and marketing? Whats that?
Or when you try to say I work online they say "There is money to be made online can you teach me" (Umm NO I didn't spend the last 10 years learning how to support myself online just to stop doing it to teach you).
Or the best is when people come over to your house during the day for the 500 millionth time and you've told them everything you could think of and they ask if you want to go out and do something and you tell them your working and they say "You got a job where?" (as I say in my head "How the fuck do you think I've survived these last 5 years? Off my parents ha they've survived off me").
99% of the time people don't listen to what you are about to tell them, they think your lying, they think everything but the truth your telling them.
Which is why so many of us here no longer say we work online or are in advertising and marketing, but instead we have some fun and say were drug dealers, or bums that play games all day or whatever else you can think of to see the look on some people's faces.
