well I got alot of replies here firt of all I want to let every one know that bulkresponse is a scam It is a very well reputed company and we have served customers from every part of the world. False rumours are totally unacceptable for this forum only talk if you have some proofs......
Does that mean you represented big brands at one point?

Even after all this, our friend continues to spam this forum...

Sounds like like a thread could be started soon titled "IS BulkResponse.com a Scam?" or "BulkResponse.com IS A SCAM!", if this non-sense doesn't stop... What's sad is that spam was sent at 8:25am. I sent an PM to her at 8:07am stating the following since I was feeling a little pity and tried to warn Susan:

You need to Google "Albany Plantation". Look at the results. When people come on this forum and spam their services, that's what happens. You company is screwed.

Google "Blog Engage"
Google "Greg Fowler SEOWeave"
Google "Lori Gama"

You came to the wrong forum, and now your last responses where completely unacceptable. I would apologize as fast as possible, before things get out of control for your company. I'm just giving you a fair warning, cause most people never get it. It's probably too late now though.

Carry on...

Hell Guys,

This is Steve from BulkResponse. I am here to officially represent BulkResponse and present our point of view about false rumours being spread on this forum about our company.

I want to assure everybody that BulkResponse is not a scam. BulkResponse is a reputed email service provider that is operating since 2008. Currently serving hundreds of clients and providing ethical email marketing services.

This thread was started by a SEO person we hired through freelancing service. This was a mistake. She is no longer working for us as her SEO tactics caused us more damage than benefit and our rankings on SERPs dropped.

We do not officially own actions of Susan Smith, and would like to assure you that BulkResponse is never involved officially in such marketing practices.

Having said that, there have been lot of bad rumours being spread about our company and service by some people WHO NEVER USED OUR SERVICE.

Non of you who have said bad words about our service have ever been our customer nor you have ever experienced our service. We have been in this business for 6 years now and have never had a single bad review on any website or blog.

I hope our point of view is clear now. We encourage people to try our service and then make remarks. We are very committed about customer service and we answer every ticket and email within 1 hour. We have efficient customer service team that works round the clock and offers support via Email, Phone, Helpdesk, Livechat or Skype.

Our email deliver-ability rates are as good as other big names like MailChimp and Aweber. That is because we have a dedicated email delivery department who work round the clock with ISPs to ensure your emails get delivered.

We have never scammed any body. We honour refund requests and offer refunds to customers if they are not happy with our services.

We have never done any fraud with with any customer in past. If that was case, we would be long out of business, but we are running this company since 2008 and never had a negative review.

I hope I was able to make my point very clear. If any body has any doubts, you can directly contact us via email abuse (AT) mailchimp.com or call us at 911 to directly talk to us any time.

Best regards,

Steve Anderws
BulkResponse Sales Team

Just when you thought the day couldn't deliver more facepalms and lulz.... this 1 post wonder chimes in on an old thread to ORM save the day, but will likely fail instead...

Hell Guys,

He even starts it off addressing the wrong group... We're not the Hell Guys... that's the other forum..

Thank you Comedy Gold Gods... <3

(Is it me, or did he spell his last name wrong?)

The day that just keeps on giving. Thunder storms over London today, Lolz over WF.

bresponse - I do wonder why you registered exactly 2 years ago to post this.

(Seriously?! Is it Christmas already?)

Upon further review of BulkResponse.com, it appears that they might not be a scam and I probably owe them an apology. In fact, if you're looking for email marketing solutions, why not go with a company that's notorious for spamming? Or, sorry, I mean a company that has a spammer who's totally not affiliated with them at all going around and making garbage threads on a bunch of different forums. I guess Susan was just pretending to represent you? You're going to have to do better than that here, boss.

This thread is only in position number 3 for the unfortunate keyword "BulkResponse Scam" but WF's been getting some great newspaper links lately and Mr. Anderws' completely coherent and totally-not-a-dude-in-Pakistan-pretending-to-be-an-American bump might just push it over the edge.
