AIM Spam and spinning cocks

Recently I seem to be receiving a lot of AIM spam, e-whores and such like, whom all get dealt with like this:

Anyone else suffer from this? Not sure why its started all of a sudden. Still I can't help but smile whilst imagining them trying to close that javascript window.
