Alex Jones vs. Piers Morgan

Watch the president address AJ almost by name in yesterdays announcement. Call him crazy or whatever but there is a reason the White House scaled back their power grab.

The potus just said "pundants." -He often says pundants... This is clearly AJ grabbing more glory for himself.

Did Alex Jones help save the second amendment? Why would the White House even acknowledge these people?

"These people" is big. In includes the republican party, the NRA and all gun owners, the young & internet-savvy ppl, and yes, radio talk show pundants.

AJ helped in some small way, but likely hurt just as much with his rant as he did help. "These people" however, helped a lot more.

Many people thought he was a cook.

I think Alex Jones had an impact - a negative one. He became the poster child for the so-called "gun nuts" that the liberal media likes to point to. He made it easy for anyone that is against gun control to be called crazy.

Word.

But at the same time, he opened a few more eyes and I'm sure deserve a small share of the credit for this slight victory yesterday.
