It's for phishers, they get a list of logins this way, by sending bullitins with links back to their profile, it makes it seem like you are logged out then when you login they keep the info and foward you to a profile.. They then take those logins they phished and post that same bullitin out with a link to the phishing page. Once they have a huge list they spam that shit with a bot that logs in, posts a bullitin over and over.
