AM(A)A - Drinks with ma

You assholes better hurry up, I'm almost done my last REDD. Horseshit that 100+ people are viewing but zero have the balls to post something.

I dare one of you to post a real question. I'm bored as fuck. (pewep get back to studying you hard working individual).

What's the best way to implement training programs, and quality assurance processes across say, a team of 15 people within 3 different skill sets / departments?

My first question was going to be how can I turn $15k/month into $50k/month by June 30, 2013.

1. buy lots of bitcoins.
2. follow my linkbait article to produce mass buys ("Paypal is about to sign bitcoin into existence!" "10 powerhouse companies to accept bitcoin today!")
3. Sell all stock to Lukep
4. ????
5. Post in my threads.
6. Profit.

Obviously only works for the first month, but we can discuss the rest in PM.... after I touch your leg. #gaywebmasters

  1. Create your own set of quality guidelines.
  2. Force your employees to watch footage of Hitler and the concentration camps.
  3. Have extremely low turnover rate.

In all seriousness, if you're having issues with people you're hiring, you're aren't training them right. They should come out of your program like fucking machines that can do their trained assignment as well as you can. If they aren't, reevaluate your training process. You shouldn't have to train people twice.

Edit:

By the way, it's a recession. Or didn't you know?

So "train them good" is your answer?

Your AMA sucks...

Not really. If you hand train a VA to do whatever the fuck you are doing, and then they suck at the process... it comes down to one of two things:

1. You're hiring process is shit and you don't filter at all. Stop looking for workers at .10c/hour

or

2. Your training program is shit and you're unable to articulate the right processes to your employees to make them effective.

Here's a sober thought...

When the ship goes down, who do you think get the blame?

It's the captain, bitch. Train your people right - or get used to whining on forums.

how would you modulate the build and design phase of a saas project.

No clue, for anything that contains multiple capital letters, I PM Grindcore. If he doesn't answer, I spend an email, PM, facebook request, and twitter mention to Pewep.
