but these people are not doing anything about it. they're just flocking to another person they can worship who they instill trust upon and expect the world is going to change because they donate a few dollars.

the fact of the matter is, if the millions of supposed supports that ron paul has took it upon themselves to actually inflict real change in their communities, by encouraging people to not vote, by protesting, petition signing just to get people aware of the issues themselves instead of hoping for someone to fix all the problems so they can keep sitting on their asses... if all his supporters actually did SOMETHING REAL. then the country wouldn't be so fucked up, but nooo, we have to have a leader! that's what's so pathetic about it all. all of americas past leaders have failed. and just because this guy is wearing a totally different mask doesn't mean he will be succesful. i can actually guarantee that he will not win the electronic elections.

If you think of the president as a leader you are nothing more than a puppet. He has power over other government agencies. That's that point of getting him into office. Its the only option people have besides a real civil war.

Those few dollars add up to a lot, and many of us are doing a lot more than just donating money to the cause. We're educating as many people as we can, starting with family and friends, about whats going on and what to do.

I'll be posting signs and going door to door around the neighborhood to pass out information and get a better idea of how my neighbors think. I doubt I'm the only one on this forum doing things like this.

All of America's leaders didn't fail either, if that were the case, there would not be an America today. Someone had to succeed at some point so we could actually be here discussing America's future today.

Programmers make mistakes all the time, they could easily let Ron Paul win by accident when they meant to program the machine to favor Obama. Just takes a missing break statement, or confusing a "<" with ">".

Anyone doubting the video, just start watching, watch at least 15 mins of it.

While it could ultimately turn into a very long term deadcat bounce (his claim), if you followed his advice you missed a (still) almost 40% gain in equities following the 60% crash.

I own gold and silver, and maybe long term we do revert to historic P/E's for the S&P and DOW. But I don't have the guts to short equities right now to buy more metal. Maybe that ends up ultimately being best the move, but there is really no good way to tell the top right now on metal and I'll always follow my gut on consistent asset diversification just because its worked for me so far.


I do feel that buying silver right now is an absolute no brainer and it should rise at this point even if Gold starts to fall moderately.
