Amember Alternatives?

Looking for an Amember alternative that IS NOT a WP plugin. Any simple, free, static scripts that allow for coupon codes/checkout/etc.? I have a very simple membership site. User arrives on site, pays, they're in - content never changes and payment is essentially a lifetime subscription, so the script doesn't even need to have membership functionality.

Just need something that's simple/supports coupons/product delivery/etc. Thanks guyz.

How about Free PHP PayPal class, ive not used it but it seems fairly simple
