Americans! You don't need to pay income taxes!

For a fully developed nation, America has some of the steepest federal taxes in the world... and yet we still have a trillion dollar deficit.

Regardless of what the writers of the constitution meant in regards to paying taxes, the government can and will railroad your ass if it really needs to. If you are willing to become a martyr to the rest of the blackhats, go for it. Meanwhile, I'll be paying my taxes.

But no one wants to talk about the big elephant in the room: Why should the American people pay Federal Income Tax when there is no law requiring it?

Go research it yourselves, you will find that the Constitution doesn't support it, and the Supreme Court cases don't support it. Yet the IRS will insist that their Code is law, or its jail time for anyone.

Well, the IRS is technically an extension of the Federal Governement. If we are to analyze the way that the US government is structured in a certain manner, it will show that they have just as much power as a collective group as any federal judge; in essence, they can do whatever they damn well feel like.
That's taken from a scholar's point of view. Realistically, it would require some detailed analysis, because there must be some[/b] political backing for what the IRS does.

Don't pay your taxes and see what happens. Al Capone was a notrious mob boss, who was into murder, illegal gambling, prostitution, shake downs, and the list goes on. Did any of those criminal acts bring Al Capone down? No.

What was Al Capone's downfall? The IRS and federal tax evasion.

So go head and not pay your taxes and your fate will be like Al's. There is no mafia or mob greater or bigger than the federal government. And they make sure they make it legal because they create the own laws. Just ask Bush.

Wow...very interesting movie.

The IRS is an abomination to a "free" country like the USA. It's absolutely insane that we grow up believing we live in a free country and then once you start working you MUST report to the goverment in a timely manner. You must pay the goverment for the priviledge to work and live here. You must tell the gov't things you wouldn't tell your family, friends, and neighbors.

It looks to me like things are only going to get worse. Repubs take our freedoms, Dems take our money... neither repealing the previous parties' damage. It's a cycle that will destroy our country.

A few million people taking on and overwhelming the tax collection source would fix things fast and put the USA back on track.

I wouldn't worry about the whole income tax things, thats a minor problem. The fact that the federal reserve, and every other western national bank is privately owned is much more worrying.

I'm pretty sure mr rothschield is no.1 on the forbes rich list, it's just that he keeps it quiet.

Imagine if every year since 1913 that family has printed itself 1 billion dollars. You think the economy would really feel that? Not at all. However it would make them worth hundreds of billions by now. Potentially controlling every government in the world.

now i know my next niche ... tinfoil hats.

I am shocked right now...thank you for sharing that video...this just reaffirmed in my mind that the income tax law was unconstitutional and that it IS a voluntary act. Sure, If you wan to support the government and their debt to the national banks. Thats who really benefits from this, banks.

I never did understand all the craziness of tax season...never did...I think that people are just afraid of what the government can do (such as take them to court and try them for tax evasion or something)...and they played on Americans fears successfully.

P.S. 34 minutes into the movie, if you don't want to sit through it (which you probably will anyways) skip to that part and watch the interview with a major player in the IRS...this is proof enough the tax season is nothing more then bullshit.

The action is essentially stealing through brute force. It's understandable to think that the govt will get your money through other tax hikes for example, but the fact that people allow the gov't to walk over them like this just shows (the govt) that Americans are easy to push around on this matter, and perhaps on others.

the fed reserve is a criminal enterprise assisted by all the politicos in office. believe me, this movie is one of many about the fed reserve, and if you actually spend some time researching this, its shocking to wake up to all the bs that is going on. central banks are part of communism and ignorance and complacency is killing this country.

When (not if) this country gets really bad (watch the price of gold and other currencies) people will start to wonder what happened to their quality of life. People will be working in dead end jobs(i.e service jobs), government will spend itself into the poorhouse, debase the currency until there is a currency crisis, and try to introduce "executive order #...." to make believe they are actually fixing something.

this shit has either been planned for a long time by the elite bankers or a bunch of level 2 humans with level 10 guns kinda thing.

honestly, I started asking simple questions and it started into a hobby researching these types of things, always protect the freedom you have on the internet because its our last hope of displacing american ignorance with critical thinking (not to mention our controlled media)... this shit either has to get better or has to get worse...

ok I really have plenty more rant where that came from, but I must stop myself....

This thing has been debated over several years. The people that say you don't need to pay have this great argument saying it's illegal, never officially passed as a law, blah, blah, blah. DOn't let them suck you in.

The flaw in their argument is that even though it was never passed, by the majority of Americans abiding by it and paying, it in fact became law by default, and if you have ever paid, you yourself have infact accepted that it is law.
